US-based commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE has tapped Sean Choi as head of capital market business at its Korean unit, according to the firm on April 8.

Choi’s responsibilities will range from property sales and acquisitions to valuations as well as management of domestic and foreign investors.
He was previously head of domestic investment division at Vestas Investment Management. Choi has also worked at Nomura-Rifa Asset Management and Alpha Asset Management. He has 15-year experience in property development, construction, real estate consulting, finance and investment.
CBRE Korea, established in 1999, has around 300 real estate professionals and is led by Managing Director Don Lim.
