[THE INVESTOR] Block Seoul (blockseoul.com), a four-day conference that will gather industry experts, creators and investors from around the world, will be held on Sept. 16-19 in Seoul next month.

The conference will focus on the ever-changing landscape of technology, and how human beings use this landscape to further connections with themselves and each other. To be attended by 1,500 industry experts, it aims to become a connection hub for a diverse range of initial coin offerings, investors, financial institutions and venture capitalists, the organizers said.

Some notable speakers include former New York State Gov. David Paterson, former US National Intelligence Director Lt. Gen. James Clapper, BTCC co-founder and board member of Bitcoin Foundation Bobby Lee, and FuturePlay CEO Jun-Hee Ryu.

During the conference, participants will discuss some hot issues such as regulations, taxation of cryptocurrencies and bitcoin ETFs, among others.

The conference will be held at the Sebitseom island complex in Seoul’s Han River, in the vicinity of Gangnam, Itaewon and Yongsan.
