AmorePacific partners with eBay to strengthen online biz

[THE INVESTOR] EBay Korea and AmorePacific signed an agreement on a joint business plan to strengthen ties, the online shopping giant announced Aug. 18.

EBay Korea operates the country’s largest online distribution platform that consists of Gmarket, Auction and G9, through which the leading cosmetics company will offer beauty products from its major brands as well as living goods ranges. In addition to smart delivery service, an exclusive lineup for online sales and collaboration projects are also under way.

“Working together with eBay Korea, a global online shopping platform, will not only expand our sales channels, but also will be a win-win situation for leaders in their own sectors,” said Shim Jae-wan, executive director of AmorePacific.
