BIOGRAPHY
Born in 1964, Chung Mong-yeol serves as the chief executive officer and president of KCC Engineering & Construction.
He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a major in computer science and earned an MBA at Dongguk University.
KCC E&C is a Seoul-based company engaged in the construction and engineering business.
Chung showed his business ability by launching famous apartment brands including Switzen and Welltz Tower since he was named CEO in 2003.
He is the third son of KCC honorary chairman Chung Sang-young, the youngest brother of Hyundai Group founder Chung Ju-yung. Unlike the Hyundai Group founder’s other family members and relatives, who inherited the group’s affiliate firms, Chung Sang-young established KCC E&C by himself.
